We have complete automatic and semi-automatic production lines that equipped with over 500 sets of processing and manufacturing equipment, including 2D and 3D laser cutting machines, over 100 welding robots from Panasonic and OTC, 5 electrostatic powder coating lines with robotic arms, automatic assembly lines, and automatic packaging lines for weighing, sorting, packaging and palletizing
There are 2 laser tube cutting machines and 2 sheet metal laser cutting machines available for satisfying all precision cutting needs. And high accuracy 3D robotic laser cutting can reach cutting tolerances between ± 0.1mm.
More than 100 robotic welding systems guarantee great productivity and high quality. The 360 degrees rotation can be achieved to reduce the deformation caused by high temperature and ensure high welding accuracy.
We have 5 electrostatic powder coating lines outfitted with robotic arms, providing high coating efficiency and results in a smooth, uniform, and durable finish.
In addition to automatic assembly, this assembly line also features automatic location by camera and automatic false alarm.
Our automatic packaging line is able to weigh, sort, package and palletize products automatically.
The automatic packaging line saves the weight of each package and records its serial number.
When the package weight is over the standard, it will automatically alarm and move it to another line for further inspection of quality control operator.
We can offer you storage service with our approximately 15,000 ㎡ finished goods warehouse to meet the demand of frequent deliveries in small quantities.

From product development to finished product testing we have wide range of in-house inspection process ensures high product quality, such as temperature humidity testing, RoHS testing, durability testing, mechanical safety testing, electrical safety testing, hazardous substance testing etc.
